What do the listed prices cover?
Each service has its own listed retail price. During sponsored access, IMEI Luma pays the provider and no visitor payment is collected.
Does a valid IMEI mean the phone is unlocked?
No. A correct length and check digit only validate the format. They do not establish a device's existence, ownership, Find My status, carrier lock or blacklist status.
